As part of the Revitalization Process would each of you go to either the Prayer Room or the Music Leader’s office to fill out two surveys; Congregational Readiness Survey and Resound Network Church Health Assessment. If you filled them out at home online, you do not need to fill them out here at church. There will be someone there to assist you if needed.
